The UiTMLaw – UNAIR Colloquium 2022 is a collaborative program between the Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA and the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, to explore opportunities for sharing ideas, expertise and research. This colloquium invites a delegation from UNAIR, led by Dr Iman Prihandono, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, UNAIR, to UiTM, where participants from both faculties, comprised of faculty members and students alike, presented their research papers in the various fields of the law. There were 52 papers presented and we hope that full papers will be published next year.

The program encapsulates the theme of “Strengthening the Role of Law to Foster the Use of Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development” in promoting the development of the law in line with modern needs and incorporating the values for sustainable development. The ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Prof. Dr Shahriman Zainal Abidin, the Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Internationalization), UiTM Global, was also attended by YBhg. Prof. Dr Dra. Ni Nyoman Tri Puspaningsih, the Vice-Rector for Research, Innovation and Community Development, Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia.
