About us
Southeast Asian Social Innovation Network is a project funded by the European Commission. The aim of the project is to support and cultivate positive social innovation initiatives that may help to alleviate issues surrounding local communities. The initiatives are aimed to achieve sustainable socio-economic growth in the Southeast Asia region.
Following the establishment of SEASIN, partners in the Southeast Asia region is identified to serve as the Social Innovation Support Units (SISUs), to help organize social innovation initiatives at a more localized context. One of the SISU is established in Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam. This SISU is led by Professor Dr. Faizah Abd. Majid as the project director, with Dr. Wan Nurul Elia Haslee Sharil as the team member.
