  1. Coordinate and monitor international academic activities implemented by the department four (4) times a year.
  2. Increase networking activities and collaborations with international universities and embassies by 5% annually.
  3. Manage international student welfare and pastoral care within 30 days.
  4. Organize and increase international acculturation programmes among local and international students by 5% annually.

Customer Charter

  1. Establish good and active network and collaborative relationships between UiTM and strategic international partners.
  2. Provide quality services and pastoral care to international students at UiTM
